Because our services involve custom creative work, professional consultation, and significant time investment, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

Once a project has been approved and work has commenced, all payments made are generally non-refundable. This includes services such as ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, publishing assistance, marketing, and other customized publishing solutions. Each service is created specifically for the client and cannot be reused or resold once work has begun.

If a client decides to cancel a project before any work has started, Instant Book Publisher may issue a refund after deducting any applicable administrative charges, payment processing fees, or costs already incurred in preparing the project. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing before the project officially begins.

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, refunds will not be provided for completed milestones, consultations, editorial work, design services, writing, research, formatting, or any other services that have already been delivered or performed. Any completed work may be provided to the client upon request, provided all outstanding payments have been settled.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review all project deliverables during the revision process. Each service package includes a specified number of revisions, allowing clients to request reasonable modifications before final approval. Once a deliverable has been approved and finalized, additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.

In the unlikely event that Instant Book Publisher is unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund based on the portion of services that have not yet been completed.

We do not guarantee publishing acceptance, bestseller rankings, book sales, media coverage, or commercial success. Refunds will not be issued based on a book's sales performance, publishing results, reader reviews, marketing outcomes, or other factors beyond our control.
