Services

Instant Book Publisher provides professional book publishing services, including but not limited to ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, publishing consultation, publishing assistance, marketing, distribution support, and related author services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in the individual agreement, quotation, or service package selected by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complete project materials, and timely feedback throughout the project. Delays in providing required content, approvals, or requested revisions may affect project timelines. Clients acknowledge that the quality and success of a project depend in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of the original content and manuscripts they submit to Instant Book Publisher. Upon full payment for completed services, ownership of custom-created deliverables, including edited manuscripts, cover designs, formatted files, and ghostwritten content, transfers to the client, except for licensed third-party materials, fonts, stock images, or software components that remain subject to their respective licenses.

Publishing Results

While we strive to provide exceptional publishing services and professional guidance, Instant Book Publisher does not guarantee book sales, bestseller rankings, media coverage, publishing acceptance, or commercial success. The performance of a published book depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including market demand, reader preferences, competition, and the author's marketing efforts.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement or invoice. Work will begin after the required initial payment has been received. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule before final project files or publishing credentials are delivered, unless otherwise specified.

Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions or requests that fall outside the original project scope may incur additional charges. Any significant changes requested after project approval may also require a revised quotation and timeline.

Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom creative work and professional consultation, all payments made to Instant Book Publisher are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable payment processing fees or administrative costs.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, refunds will not be provided for completed milestones, delivered work, consultations, editorial services, design work, or time already invested by our team. Any partially completed work may be delivered to the client at our discretion, depending on the stage of the project and payment status.

If Instant Book Publisher is unable to fulfill a project due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund based on the portion of services not yet completed.

Confidentiality

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You may also request a copy of the personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Instant Book Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious content, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or engage in activities that interfere with the operation of the website or services.

Changes to Services

Instant Book Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, pricing, package, or website feature at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Instant Book Publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
